LEARN TO... The QiDu class uses gentle physical movements and meditative techniques to allow you to clear your mind and decrease stress. This class is geared toward those who seek to create positive life changes in a warm, nurturing environment with a group of supportive classmates. WHAT IS REQUIRED? The practice can be done by anyone, anywhere, anytime. Even 5 minutes a day can make a difference! All that's needed is a a 5'x10' space. COURSE INCLUDES...
