How much space do I need to practice Qigong or Taiji (Tai Chi) online?
Online classes are tailored for a small and limited space. If you have less, the Coach will suggest methods to help optimize your practice.
Do I have to take Wushu if I want to just do Taiji or Qigong?
No worries!! You can do just Taiji or Qigong. Wushu is its own separate program. Every program has its own physical and mental training considerations.
I have no experience! What classes may I take?
No worries. Anyone may join our 201 introduction to Taiji and Qigong Essentials class.
What is required to join Chen or Yang Style Taiji programs?
We offer a two month try-out program for all students to learn about our approach and our community. After successful completion of the two month program, students are welcome to become a member of the Academy.
Can I try out your Wushu classes?
Yes. In fact, we ask all new Wushu students to register for a two month try-out program to discover their potential.
