Build on what you've learned in Essentials 201 and previous 202 classes.

Tuesday & Thursday 

5:00pm - 5:45pm EST

Each session is an 8-week live, online course taught by Coach Christopher Pei.

Five sessions are held throughout the year from January to November. 

Registration opens 60 days before each session.
