The 2026 Session 4 will focus on Da Wu. The QiDu class combines gentle physical movements and meditative techniques to help you clear your mind, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. Designed for those seeking positive life changes, this class offers a warm, nurturing environment where supportive classmates come together to grow. WHAT IS REQUIRED?
